City Hall Room Rentals
Community Rooms are available to rent Monday through Friday during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.). Community rooms are not available on weekends or after hours.
View availability and book online. Once your reservation request has been received and your dates are confirmed, you must provide the following before your room is reserved.
1. Provide proof of Tenant/User Program liability insurance (special event insurance) with a $1 million per occurrence limit. This must name "City of Mill Creek" as an additional insured at 15720 Main Street, Mill Creek.
2. Provide full payment for facility rental
3. Provide damage deposit
The City of Mill Creek designates the following indoor facility areas as available to the public at City Hall North.
- Small Community Room (view calendar)
Maximum capacity 43 but recommend group sizes not exceed 30
- Large Community Room (view calendar)
Maximum capacity 120 but recommend group sizes not exceed 70
- North Conference Room (HOA & Non-Profits)
Maximum capacity 16

There are no kitchen facilities available in City Hall.
The reservation fee for all applicants will include a refundable damage/cleaning deposit of $75.00, or refundable damage/cleaning deposit of $150.00 if group is serving food and/or beverages.
