Each year, members of the City of Mill Creek’s Art and Beautification Board recognize City residents who have put exceptional time and effort into the beautification of their property.
Selection Process
Board members tour the city during May and June, and take pictures of noteworthy properties. The photos are used by the Board to determine Great Garden Award winners.
Winners
Each winner has a temporary yard sign placed in their yard. Winners are recognized by the Board and City Council at a council meeting following the selection where they receive an award keepsake.
