An image noting School Supply DriveThe Mill Creek Youth Advisory Board asks the community to donate school supplies to benefit middle and high school foster children in the community.

There has been a demonstrated need for foster children in our community to have a backpack and a set of school supplies to call their own especially when changing homes. All donations will be given to Fostering Together, which will be distributed to foster care kids in need of these supplies.

Join the Mill Creek Youth Advisory Board members as they collect donations on at Staples on Store on Saturday, March 16, and Saturday, March 23, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and at University Book Store on Saturday, March 23 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Shopping Wish List for Middle and High School Students:
Backpacks; Spiral notebooks; Composition books; College ruled paper; #2 Pencils; Black and blue ink pens; Crayons; Colored Pencils- 12 pack; Highlighters; Folders; Pencil pouch; Notecards; Kleenex- small packs; Earbuds; Calculators; 3 Ring binder; Dividers with tabs; and Rulers. Any donation is greatly appreciated.

Unable to attend the collection drive? Bring Donations to: Mill Creek City Hall North, Mill Creek YMCA, University Book Store in Mill Creek or Staples in Mill Creek. A collection bin will be in the lobby to leave donations. Contact Kristen Rasmussen with questions.
