The Farm Mixed-Use Development

#6 The Farm at Mill Creek

In June 2019 the Hearing Examiner approved the Binding Site Plan for The Farm at Mill Creek.

The proposed project entails over 100,000 square feet of retail/commercial uses, and 355 residential apartments on approximately 17 acres. The site plan includes 1,197 parking stalls (435 surface spaces and 762 spaces in parking garages), along with stormwater facilities, public plazas and open spaces with landscaping and walking paths. For access to the site, the developer will build a new public road connection to 132nd Street SE (SR 96) at the signalized intersection at 39th Avenue SE.  In addition as part of this project, the 58 acres, located east of 35th Avenue SE and south of 132nd Street Southeast, known as the “Pacific Topsoils” property is be restored and enhanced with walking trails and boardwalks.  Under the City Council approved Development Agreement, at any time during development approval for the Project and up to 5 years following issuance of all Project Approvals, the City may elect to take fee simple ownership of the Off-Site Mitigation Site at no cost to the City.

The developer anticipates opening Buildings D and F in the summer of 2021 with both the public roads open.  Access from 133rd Street SE and 39th Avenue SE.  Link to drone video of the site.
