Free Face Masks Available for Low Income Mill Creek Residents at Various Locations

Free Face Cover Distribution Events In Everett Through July 17. The Everett Emergency Management team is partnering with Everett Public Schools, the Volunteers of America Western Washington, and Connect Casino Road to distribute cloth face covers at food distribution sites. Here are the dates and locations for distribution through July 17:

Friday, July 10
- Evergreen Middle, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Monday, July 13
- Cedar Wood Elementary, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
- Hawthorne Elementary, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Tuesday, July 14
- Casino Road Food Pantry, 14 E Casino Rd, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
- Jefferson Elementary, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
- Volunteers of America Food Bank, 3-6 p.m.

Wednesday, July 15
- Lowell Elementary, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Thursday, July 16
- Volunteers of American, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
- Silver Lake Elementary, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
- Garfield Elementary, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Friday, July 17
- Evergreen Middle School, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

The face covers are factory-made and are all one size. They were provided by the State of Washington to help meet low-income and community needs.  All are welcome. You do not have to be an Everett resident or part of any listed programs to receive cloth face coverings.

Starting on Friday, June 26, face coverings are mandatory for people 5 years and older. The Snohomish County Emergency Management department has provided the City of Mill Creek with enough face coverings/masks to provide two reusable coverings to every low income Mill Creek resident. 

1) Heatherwood Apartments

Hours for Pick-Up: Monday-Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Due to COVID 19, the front doors are locked to ensure they are compliant with maximum occupancy limits, however, they are quick to answer the door when someone knocks or calls 425-357-9999.

Hours for Pick Up during the Food Pantry on Tuesdays and Fridays from 11 a.m. to  2 p.m.
