Following are Land Use Applications that have been submitted to the City and are in the development review process or are currently under construction. Click on the project name for more information on that project.

Canyon Creek Church BSP
14616 35th Avenue SE Binding Site Plan application submitted by Canyon Creek Church to demolish the existing church building and construct a new facility on the western portion of the site. Approved 4/25 - Hearing Examiner decisionCurrently under construction.

2316 132nd Street SE  

A Preliminary Plat application to subdivide 3.2 acres located at 23rd Lane SE and 132nd Street SE, into 25 lots for single-family residential development.  The proposal also includes an internal access road, stormwater infrastructure, open space, and frontage improvements along 132nd Street SE.  Access to the site would be provided via 23rd Lane SE, which provides access to the existing adjacent Crestview Village residential development.

 17414 Bothell-Everett Hwy Binding Site Plan proposing to construct a 90,400 square foot, 3-story, self-storage facility on a 3.6 acre site with associate parking, utility infrastructure, landscaping, stormwater facilities, and frontage improvements.  Hearing Examiner decision approved.  Civil plans under review.

 3830 132nd Street SE A mixed-use development comprised of ten buildings on approximately 17 acres.  The proposed development consists of 382 residential units (356 apartment units and 26 live/work units) totaling approximately 344,720 square feet. Proposed commercial space totals approximately 68,600 square feet of retail space and 16,600 square feet of medical offices. This development includes a total of 1,119 parking stalls (472 surface spaces and 647 spaces in parking garages), along with stormwater facilities, public plazas and open spaces with landscaping and walking paths.  Access to the site will a new public road connection to 132nd Street SE (SR 96) at the signalized intersection at 39th Avenue SE.  The Hearing Examiner issued a Decision on June 3, 2019.  Over the next several months, the Design Review Board (DRB) will be reviewing building elevations and materials and the landscape plan.  For more info see the DRB webpage.  Currently under construction.

2720 132nd Street SE  A Preliminary Short Plat application to subdivide 0.82 acres into three single-family residential lots. MDNS issued 8/29/19.
The Learning Experience Binding Site Plan
17512 Bothell-Everett Highway The Binding Site Plan application proposes a 10,000 square foot commercial daycare and learning facility on the western portion of the approximately 5 acre site -- Hearing Examiner Decision.  Construction is underway and the facility is planned to open in late summer 2019. 
Muttley Square Binding Site Plan

 On Bothell-Everett Hwy SE of 132nd Street The Binding Site Plan application proposes an indoor animal boarding facility comprised of six buildings on approximately 2.68 acres.  The proposed development consists of five 768 square foot pet boarding houses and a 1,652 square foot main office along with parking, stormwater facilities, and landscaping with walking paths and a private dog park.  The Hearing Examiner issued a Decision on
April 8, 2019.  The Design Review Board approved the building designs and monument sign on April 18, 2019.  Civil plans and building permits are currently under review.
