Free Face Masks for Low Income Residents

Face coverings are mandatory for people five years and older. The Snohomish County Emergency Management department has provided the City of Mill Creek with enough face coverings/masks to provide two reusable coverings to every low income Mill Creek resident.

*Low income individuals are defined as as someone at or below the 200% federal poverty level. Please see chart for income ranges.

Facial coverings can be obtained at the following locations:

1)Heatherwood Apartments
13510 North Creek Drive,  Mill Creek, WA 98012
Hours for Pick-Up: Monday-Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Due to COVID 19, the front doors are locked to ensure they are compliant with maximum occupancy limits, however, they are quick to answer the door when someone knocks or calls 425-357-9999.

2) Northshore Senior Center

Hours for Pick Up during the Food Pantry on Tuesdays and Fridays from 11 a.m. to  2 p.m.

Hours for Pick-Up: Mondays and Thursdays from 4 to 7 p.m. Closed for renovations June 30 to July 8.

4) Mill Creek City Hall South
