Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Event

The Mill Creek Police Department Traffic Unit invites you to a presentation regarding pedestrian, runner and bicycle safety on Saturday January 28th at 11:00 am.  The event will be held in the City of Mill Creek Council Chambers, located at 15728 Main Street.

This 90 minute presentation is designed to assist all pedestrians and bicyclists with being safe on the roads. Information provided will include pedestrian and bicyclist rights and responsibilities, laws, understanding of emergency calls placed to 911 via mobile devices, and pedestrian/bicyclist visibility. This event will provide the starting blocks to keep you safe while enjoying the excellent outdoor activities our community offers.

We would like to thank our sponsors, Run 26 and Bicycle Centre.  Both businesses will be on hand to answer questions and display items that are specific pedestrian and bicyclist’s safety.

Please join us for this free event.   If you have any questions or would like further information, please email Officer Chris White at
