The proposal is to subdivide a vacant .89 acre parcel into three lots for single-family homes. A 50-foot landscaped roadway buffer will be provided adjacent to 132nd Street SE. Access will be to 27th Drive SE via an existing 30-foot strip of the property that will be improved as a private driveway. The proposal will utilize Low Impact Development techniques for stormwater management.  The Design Review Board (DRB) will review the Roadway Buffer landscaping on February 18, 2016.
