Crestview Village Preliminary Plat/PRD

The proposal is for the Crestview Village Preliminary Plat/PRD to subdivide 3.29 acres into 25 lots for single-family home development. As proposed, a 50-foot wide vegetated roadway buffer with sidewalk will be provided adjacent to 132nd Street SE and Tracts 999 will be common open space/park area.  An underground stormwater detention vault is proposed within Tract 998. Per Mill Creek Municipal Code Section 16.12.040, the applicant has requested modifications to the minimum building setbacks.  Final Plat approval received on January 26, 2016.  Plat is currently under construction.
