Public Records Requests
To make a request for public records from the City of Mill Creek, please determine whether you are requesting records from the Police Department or any other department in the City. 

Records From City Departments

If you would like to request records from any City department excluding the Police Department, please submit your request via Request Tracker and select the Public Records Request category, and then City Public Records Request.

If you prefer to make your request in person, a request form will be provided to you at City Hall South during the normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Records From the Police Department
If you would like to request records from the Police Department, including police reports, please complete your request via Request Tracker and select the Public Records Request category, and then Police Public Records Request.  

If you prefer to make your request in person, a request form will be provided to you at the Police Department counter (inside City Hall South) during the normal police business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Additional Information
Once your request is received, the City will respond to you within five business days as required by RCW 42.56.520. For more information regarding public records requests, contact Public Records Officer Joanna Lee by email or at 425-921-5776.
