13518 Bothell-Everett Hwy Binding Site Plan application to develop a 96,370 square foot, indoor recreational complex on 6.73 acres.
Crestview Village Preliminary Plat
 2226 and 2304 132nd Street SE Preliminary Plat/PRD for a 25-lot single-family residential development.  Hearing Examiner approval on October 7, 2014. Final plat approval January 26, 2016.  Currently under construction.
Gill Short Plat 2726 132nd Street SE The proposal is to subdivide a vacant .89 acre parcel into three lots for single-family homes. DRB approval for Roadway Buffer Landscaping received on February 18, 2016. Pending Final Short Plat approval.
Harms Estate Preliminary Plat/PRD

3601 Seattle Hill Road Preliminary Plat/PRD proposal for the Harms Estate to subdivide 7.13 acres into 28 lots for single-family homes. Hearing Examiner Approval received on December 2, 2015.  Site work started, pending Final Plat approval for construction.
Mill Creek Commons Phase II

16824 Bothell-Everett Highway The Binding Site Plan application submitted by Mill Creek Commons Phase II proposes to develop the site with a self-storage facility comprised of 48,060 square feet of building space split between a single 3-story building and 2 smaller 1-story buildings. The Hearing Examiner Decision approving Mill Creek Commons Phase II was issued on October 12, 2016.
Mill Creek Park Vista  9th Ave SE and 164th St SE Proposal to construct a new business and industrial park complex, Mill Creek Park Vista. The complex will consist of an 84-stall parking lot with landscaping and lighting to serve three buildings on three separate lots; Building A on Lot 1- 14,500 square feet of commercial day care use; Building B on Lot 2 - 10,060 square feet of office and warehouse uses; and Building C on Lot 3 - 6,440 square feet of office use. A 5-foot wide asphalt trail within the Penny Creek buffer that connects to the Clock Tower Self Storage site will be constructed as well as a monument sign for the complex. In addition, three enclosed dumpsters are proposed within the parking lot.  Design Review Board approval received on January 21, 2016. Currently under construction.
Mill Creek Sports

The proposal is for a Binding Site Plan to construct a 13,122 square foot building on a 3.73 acre site. The first floor will have 2,256 square feet for the retail sales of sports memorabilia and 8,156 square feet of storage area. A 2,719 square foot mezzanine will be built over the retail area for office use. A Public Hearing before the Hearing Examiner was held on April 20, 2016, and a decision issued on May 4, 2016. Currently under construction.
Seattle Ridge 14616 Seattle Hill Road 16-lot Preliminary Plat.  Hearing Examiner approval on December 31, 2013.  Site work started.  Final Plat approved by the City Council October 4, 2016.  Currently under construction.
Vintage at Mill Creek Binding Site Plan Notify Me South of 132nd Street SE at 42nd Avenue SE Binding Site Plan for a mixed-use development consisting of two five-story buildings with ground floor commercial and parking with residential units above. A Public Hearing before the Hearing Examiner was held on April 13, 2016. 
North Pointe Park Conditional Use Permit

 13901 North Pointe Circle - off 35th Avenue SE Conditional Use Permit for a Master Plan for North Pointe Park.  The Master Plan for this 1.2 acre park includes a new walking path along the perimeter, natural play features, park benches and shade trees.  Approximately 1/2 of the park will remain open lawn for informal play.
