Design Review Board
 
  • Meets the 3rd Thursday of each month at 5:15 p.m. at Mill Creek City Hall
  • Board members shall be from the professions of architecture, landscape architecture, urban (design) planner, or similar disciplines and need not be residents of the City

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Design Review Board shall review all applications requiring building permits except detached, single-family residences.

The Board shall be authorized to develop expanded and/or additional review criteria and forward its recommendation for adoption to the City Council.
