The City of Mill Creek permit assistance hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  

  • To request a building inspection, please call the building inspection message line at (425) 338-1133.  Inspection requests called in before 7:00 a.m. will be scheduled that day.  Requests called in after 7:00 a.m. will be scheduled the following day.
