The
City
Clerk
has
the
primary
responsibility
to
fulfill
the
statutory
requirements
of
the
position
of
City
Clerk
and
provides
executive
support
to
the
City
Manager.
Additional
duties
include
processing
special
projects,
preparing
correspondence
for
the
department
and
Council;
maintaining
the
City's
filing
system
and
archives;
producing
forms,
reports,
business
licenses
and
other
licenses
and
preparing/distribution
of
agenda
materials
and
meeting
minutes
for
Council.
The City Clerk is also the official Public Records Officer for
the City. For

City

ordinances,
resolutions
and
meeting
minutes,
