Public Records Request

You may use the Case Report Request Form to submit your request. You may mail it to the Mill Creek Police Department Records Division at the above address, email it to policerecords@cityofmillcreek.com or submit in person at the Police Department.

Once your request is received, the Records Division will respond within five (5) business days (RCW 42.56.520).

Concealed Pistol License – Application

Applications for Concealed Pistol Licenses (CPL)  are accepted during normal business hours. Applicants must be:

  • 21 years of age

  • a United States citizen

  • reside within the city limits of the City of Mill Creek or be a non-resident of the State of Washington

Applicants may also apply for Concealed Pistol Licenses at the county offices in which they live. Fingerprints are required for new licenses and are processed only during normal business hours. Applications are available in the Records Unit of the Mill Creek Police Department and must be completed for new, renewal, late renewal, and replacement licenses. Payment of fees are payable upon application and are non-refundable. Licenses are valid for five (5) years from the date of issue.

Concealed Pistol License fees are:

  • New license    $55.25

  • Renewal         $32 (within 90 days prior to expiration)

  • Late renewal   $42 (within 90 days after expiration)

  • Replacement   $10 (lost or stolen)

The Mill Creek Police Department has 30 days in which to process the application. Most applications are normally processed within 14 days and mailed to the address provided by the applicant. Additional information may be obtained at the Washington State Department of Licensing website.

 

 Pay a Parking Ticket

If you received a parking ticket and would like to pay via phone, you can do so with either a Visa or MasterCard by calling either (425) 337-1115 or (425) 745-6175.

 

Request a Vacant House Check

You can request the Mill Creek Police Department Volunteers to check on your house while you are out of town by simply filling out the Vacant House Check and return it to the Police Department at:

License My Dog

To obtain a dog license, complete the Annual Dog License Application and return it to our office.  Proof of rabies vaccination is required for a license.  Download the Annual Dog License Application for further information on fees and laws. You may submit your application for your dog license by either turning it into the police department:
