General Information:
To obtain a dog
license, complete the
Dog License Application form. Proof of current
rabies vaccination is required. You may purchase a license either in person
at the Mill Creek Police Department during regular business hours or you may
mail the required documents along with a check made payable to the City of
Mill Creek to:

Concealed Pistol License Application
CHANGE IN CPL PROCESSING: Effective 1/1/13 the
Mill Creek Police Department will process CPLs BY
APPOINTMENT ONLY Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm
(last appointment at 3:30 pm). If you live within Mill Creek city
limits OR are a non-resident of the State of Washington please call
(425) 745-6175 to schedule your appointment. Please note: appointments can
also be made by sending an email to
policerecords@cityofmillcreek.com or stopping by our department between
9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Applications are
available at the Mill Creek Police Department or by clicking
here and shall be filled out and brought in with you at your
pre-scheduled appointment time. This application must be completed for new,
renewal, late renewal, and replacement licenses. Payment is due
upon application and is non-refundable. Licenses are valid for five (5)
years from the date of issuance. Fingerprints are required for new licenses
and will be processed at the time of application.

the following requirements to get a concealed pistol license (RCW
9.41.070):
Assault IV
Coercion
Stalking
Reckless Endangerment
Criminal Trespass in the first degree
Violation of the provisions of a protection order or no-contact order restraining the person or
excluding the person from the residence

$32 (within 90 days prior to expiration)

$42 (within 90 days after expiration)
Replacement $10 (lost or stolen)

Traffic Ticket:
If you received a
traffic ticket from a Mill Creek Police Officer you must respond within
fifteen (15) days of the issue date. There are two options for you to choose
from:

If you received a
parking ticket from a Mill Creek Police Officer you must respond within
fifteen (15) days of the issue date.
Please note; all penalties shall be reduced by 50% if paid by

during normal police business hours or mail a check or money order in the amount of your ticket

Property items are held in the Property & Evidence room for different reasons. They could be held as evidence in a criminal case or for safekeeping. Items could also be held when turned in or found in the city and the owner is unknown or cannot be found. If property is being held as evidence in a criminal case, approval from the City Attorney or Prosecuting Attorney may be required prior to releasing it to the owner. Property is released only to the legal owner and only by appointment. If you believe that your property is being held, contact Evidence Technician Chris Risen at chris@cityofmillcreek.com or call 425-921-5705 to make an appointment for pickup.
