Community Transit Service Updates for July 4
In observance of Independence Day, Community Transit will operate on a Sunday schedule on Tuesday, July 4. There will be no commuter service to downtown Seattle or the UW, and customer information phone lines and the RideStore will be closed. People wishing to take the bus to Seattle on July 4 can ride Sound Transit Route 512, which also will operate on a Sunday schedule.

Community Transit to Start 128th Street Widening Project
Construction officially gets underway this week on a project to add new right-hand lanes approaching a busy I-5 overpass in south Everett. The work will help Community Transit’s Swift Green Line buses stay on schedule and will benefit general traffic at this congested location.

Community Transit Service Starts September 2017
The Community Transit Board of Directors has approved a plan to increase bus service by 6 percent this fall, including two routes that will serve the Boeing-Paine Field area from south Snohomish County.
