A Conditional Use Permit has been submitted for approval of a master plan for North Pointe Park. The Master Plan for this 1.2 acre park includes a new walking path along the park perimeter, natural play features (such as large logs, climbing rocks, a tunnel through a berm and a slide built into the berm), park benches and shade trees. Approximately one half of the park area will remain open lawn for informal play. Depending on funding availability, construction of the park may occur in phases over time.

  1. Map Your Neighborhood

    March 29, 2017, 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM @ Council Chambers

If the ‘Big One’ struck five minutes from now, would you, your loved ones, and your pets survive? How would you or your children get home if you’re not there? If you’re hurt, who would help? These questions and more will be answered at free Map Your Neighborhood workshops in Mill Creek this year. The workshops also will provide Mill Creek residents and people from surrounding area neighborhoods with other survival tips about how pulling together as a neighborhood can save lives when disaster strikes. If a massive disaster strikes, you and your family’s best chance of survival is with your neighbors helping neighbors. Map Your Neighborhood training is one of the best ways to be alerted to the danger and to learn how to prepare to survive.
